Shlamowitz Law, PLLC is a trusted law firm dedicated to serving the needs of real estate investors, entrepreneurs, lenders, and litigants. The firm is led by Lee M. Shlamowitz, Esquire. With a focus on complex commercial and real estate matters, Lee combines years of litigation success with a creative approach to generate leverage against opponents as efficiently as possible.
Lee’s experience also spans tens of millions of dollars in real estate transactions, making him a sought-after advisor for investors, brokerages, developers, and lenders tackling sophisticated deals. Beyond advising clients, Lee holds a Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker license, serves as the broker of record for In Rem Realty, LLC, and invests in real estate himself, giving him a unique, boots-on-the-ground perspective when structuring transactions or protecting clients’ investments.
Lee’s path to the law began with a love of solving complex questions. As a philosophy major, he developed the analytical and practical problem-solving skills that continue to define his legal work. During law school, Lee served businesses and entrepreneurs through Temple’s Small Business Development Center and interned at the Pennsylvania Securities Commission, where his research on financial fraud victims was published in the Financial Fraud Law Report.
Lee honed his courtroom skills through internships with the Honorable M. Teresa Sarmina and the Honorable Robert J. Mellon and later built a reputation as a formidable litigator at a Philadelphia firm. In high-stakes disputes, Lee thrives on crafting unconventional strategies that disrupt opponents’ expectations and drive favorable outcomes.
Whether negotiating a multimillion-dollar real estate deal, resolving a complex commercial dispute, or advising entrepreneurs on growth strategies, Lee’s creativity, experience, and ability to leverage every advantage set him apart.
In late 2024, LMS Legal, LLC, changed its name and relaunched its brand to become Shlamowitz Law, PLLC. This change reflects Lee’s commitment to continue to deliver superlative results for the firm’s clients, while at the same investing in evolving and expanding the firm’s capacities.
